Pluronic F-127 is a class of water-soluble bioinks that are primarily used to support the printing of sacrificial materials with complex structures (e.g. complex vascular channels) and fugitive biomaterials. Based on this, Pluronic F-127 is very suitable for the construction of micro-physiological systems, which not only form well, but also print smoothly.
