Description:
Ti 6.5Al 1Mo 1V 2Zr is a near-α type titanium alloy 3D printing material made almost entirely of titanium. Because of the addition of aluminum and zirconium, it has slightly higher thermal stability than Ti 6Al 4V alloy, high strength and low weight, mainly used in aerospace and automotive parts manufacturing.
Note:
The 3D printing aging temperature and aging time of Ti 6.5Al 1Mo 1V 2Zr alloy have a significant impact, and the high oxygen content will also lead to the decline of overall performance of the material. Avoid the contact of the skin with the powder directly.
